Booking & Cancellation Policy

A small deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, or no-shows, may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

In the event of flight delays or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
